Does the design match my invitations?

Yes — that's the point. The suite system means the fonts, colours, and motifs you chose for your save the dates and invitations carry through to every printed piece at the venue. Same design language from kitchen-bench card to welcome sign, with no copy-paste between tools.

Does the seating chart pull from my floorplan?

Yes. Your printed seating chart auto-populates from the floorplan you've already built — table numbers, guest names, seat assignments — so you don't redo the work. Edit one, the other follows. Order prints once you've finalised your guest list.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 10–14 days from proof approval to your door, with tracked shipping across Australia. Everything prints locally. If you're closer to the wedding than that, get in touch — we can often fast-track an urgent timeline, and we'll always be honest about what's possible.

What paper stocks are available?

Premium matte, pearl, textured, and linen stocks are included in standard pricing, with letterpress and foil finishes for that editorial look. Each product page shows the stocks available for that piece, and you can request a sample card if you want to feel the paper before you commit.

Can I see a proof before anything goes to print?

Yes. We send a digital proof after you order, and nothing prints until you approve it. Review fonts, spelling, colour, and layout on a screen that matches the paper preview, then one-click approve. Changes are straightforward while your order is still in proof.
